After Kuber (Kader Khan) arranges the death of Rajnagar's Raja
Dharamsingh and his young son Veeru, he takes custody of Dharamsingh's
wife and daughter, Meena, to usurp their wealth. Kuber goes on to become
Cobra, leader of a notorious underworld gang. Veeru, survives the
attack and ends up on the streets where an orphan, Raju, adopts him.
Years later, Raju (Dharmendra) grows up to be a simple but honest truck
driver and Veeru (Jeetendra) on the other hand, become a police officer.
Veeru goes on an undercover mission to take down Cobra for which he
befriends Cobra's younger brother, Hari (Amjad Khan). Raju falls in love
with Meena (Parveen Babi) while Veeru falls in love with Shalu
(Sridevi) but their live spiral out of control, when they cross paths
with Cobra and his men. High voltage action unfolds as Veeru and Raju
set out to decimate Cobra's crime world.
